SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Wisk Live Out Your Passion Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit www.wisk.com during the Sweepstakes Period, click on the Sweepstakes link and fill in all required information. All entries must be completed and submitted by each period's end date (as indicated in the chart below), to be eligible for that period's drawing only. Entries will not be carried over for any subsequent drawings. In order to enter subsequent drawings, if any, entrants will be required to submit another entry for that corresponding drawing. All entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2008 to be eligible for the final drawing. Limit one entry per person/e-mail address per drawing period except for additional tell-a-friend entries. Additional Tell-a-friend Entries: To receive additional entries for the corresponding drawing, use the online tell-a- friend form to submit the names and email addresses of friends who you think will be interested in the Sweepstakes. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of date of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively "Sponsor and its Administrators") and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win.
GRAND PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): Grand Prize (9 - 3 per period): Up to a 3-day/2-night trip to participate in winner's choice of one of the following dream jobs: 1) Artisan Crafts: Professional Artist, Make-up Artist, Perfume, Soap Maker; 2) Sports: Baseball GM, Golf Pro, Fish Guide, Kayak Guide, White Water Rafting Outfitter; 3) Outdoor Adventures: RV Campground Owner, Florist, Bison Rancher, Park Ranger, Farm & Dairy Owner; 4) Culinary Explorations: Coffee House Owner, Wine Maker, Chocolatier and Pastry Chef, Chef, Cheese Maker, Baker; 5) Animal Lovers: Wildlife Rehabilitator, Horse Breeder, Dog Daycare Owner, Dog Trainer, Horse Trainer/Rancher. Some dream jobs may not be available at the time of selection. The Sponsor will solely determine the mentor, destination and duration of the selected dream job. The inclusive features of the dream job will depend on the mentor selected by Sponsor. Dream job portion of prize is for the winner only. All dream jobs are dependant upon the mentor's availability. The maximum value of the dream job portion of the prize may not exceed $1,500. Winner may elect to be accompanied on the trip by one (1) guest; however, dream job participation is for the winner only. Grand Prize trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from the major airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner's residence to destination city (based on dream job selected), up to two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) and use of compact car rental for duration of trip (Maximum ARV: $4,525 each). ARV will depend upon time of travel, destination and dream job selected. In the event a winner lives within a 150-mile radius of destination location, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided. Trip, including dream job, cannot be rescheduled and is non-refundable. Limit one Grand Prize per person/household/email address. All travel must be completed within one year from the date awarded. The Grand Prize winners will be notified by mail, e-mail and/or phone.
RANDOM DRAWING: Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will be selected in each of three (3) separate random drawings, from each period (as defined above) of the Sweepstakes Period. Each drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during each period. Drawings will take place approximately eight (8) days after the end of each period (as indicated in the chart above). Drawings will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received during each period. Prizes are nontransferable and no cash substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable for any reason. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
GENERAL RULES: Grand Prize Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, liability/publicity release (except where prohibited by law) within seven (7) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and alternate winner may be selected. Income and other taxes, if any, related to the prize are the Grand Prize Winner's sole responsibility. Airline tickets are for travel from major airport in the United States nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the destination city. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Car rental is subject to additional restrictions set forth by car rental contract. If winner does not meet rental car requisites/requirements that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. Travel companion of Grand Prize Winner (or parent/legal guardian if travel companion is a minor) will be required to execute a Release of Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) prior to departure. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, etc.) in order to travel. All travel must be completed within one year from the date awarded; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, entertainment, and transportation to airport to and from Winner's residence are each Grand Prize Winner's sole responsibility. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate winner selection. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use Grand Prize Winners' names and likenesses for trade/promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering, entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the judges' decisions. Entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates these official rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner: or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor and its Administrators are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing and administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will award prizes per period (as applicable) from eligible online entries received prior to cancellation. As a condition of entering the sweepstakes, participant (or parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees.
RELEASES: Grand Prize Winners, by accepting prizes and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree, as applicable, to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes, from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever, for injuries, death, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of prize awarded, or while preparing for or participating in any prize-related activity or for any typographical or other error in these official rules or the announcement of offering of the prizes.
